The opening 5-Star Resort "Salò Sì” belonging to the international group “Hirmer Hospitality” is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.
This prestigious Hotel will have 99 guest rooms and suites, 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Pizzeria, a Meeting room, an Open air Drive In Vintage Cinema, an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters and 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools.
The HR Manager reports directly to the Hotel General Manager, has a dotted line with the HR Manager of the Corporate and is in charge of:
- Executing the Human Resources strategy of Hotel “Salò Sì”,
- Monitoring and updating the HR Budget,
- Recruiting, Headhunting, Employer branding and Hiring motivated and skilled staff in compliance with Tourism Labour Law,
- Planning, monitoring and evaluating Onboarding and 360° Training (mandatory courses like HACCP and Health&Safety, foreign languages classes, customer centricity and managerial training courses…),
- Appraisals' management,
- Providing outstanding career paths and job experiences in compliance with Job regulations, Health & Safety procedures, Hirmer Hospitality values and the company standards of excellence,
- Managing the Payroll processes,
- Updating Human Resources accounting, SOPs, forms and procedures guaranteeing compliance of with the labour legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Redaction and updating of the Job Descriptions,
- Job posting and screening of the CVs,
- Interviewing in Italian, English and preferably also in German
- LOIs and Job contracts' management,
- Support in Health & Safety processes,
- Quality inspections,
- Synergical collaboration with the Head of Departments, Finance and Marketing teams, the Payroll consultants, the Occupational Doctor and the Health&Safety consultants

Job requirements
- Master degree preferably in Law/Psychology/Business administration with high grade,
- Minimum 2 years work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role,
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (especially German),
- Proactivity and passion for Talent Acquisition, Training, Careers Development, People Management, Health&Safety and Quality,
- Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,
- Legal right to work in Italy.
