The POOL RUNNER reports directly to the SPA Manager and synergically cooperates with the other SPA members (the SPA therapists-Cosmetologists, the SPA Receptionists, the Hairdresser and the Masseurs/Masseuses) in compliance with the Company standards, hygiene regulations, demonstrating high passion for service, great attention to details, proactivity, punctuality and team working.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting Guests courteously and efficiently according to Company standards, for example distributing the fresh towels and pulling back the used ones;
- Anticipating Guests’ requests and needs;
- Guaranteeing that the swimming pools´ areas are clean and tidy at all the times;
- Ensuring all pool furnitures are neatly arranged and cleaned;
- Signalling eventual maintenance needs to Maintenance Department;
- Collaborating closely with colleagues of other Departments providing timely assistance.

Job requirements
- Technical Institute/Hotel School diploma with high grade,
- At least 1 year in a similar position in 4 or 5-Star Hotels,
- Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (especially German),
- Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,
- Flexibility and openness to cooperate with colleagues of different departments,
- Lifeguard Certification is preferable,
- Legal right to work in Italy.
